Miss Patel was excellent in every way - reassuring on the initial phone conversation; friendly + helpful; clearly understood the problem + very quick at getting me in to have face to face consultation. Within 48 hours, I had that consultation, even though when the call came, we were out walking - there was no hassle in getting there when we could. Her manner was wonderful, as well as reassuring, with just the right balance of Customer Care, some humour, yet knowing that she understood the possibilities of what the symptoms could be. Full confidence in her abilities to deal with my medical condition. Excellent.

When referred to the hospital and had a triage phone call from Urology nurse and asked which consultant I would like to see, with working for the health service for many years there was no doubt in my mind which one to ask for. Miss Patel was my choice and I am so glad. Once I saw her for the first time she had me having all my tests and operation the same day, no messing about. Although a bit of a shock I am so glad now she did it that way(no time to think about it).She gets things done and always explains everything to you. I am still under her care but would recommend her to everyone.

I have received treatment from this doctor for several years and feel completely safe in her hands, yes she is a no-nonsense sort of girl, tell's it as it is, but boy is she a good surgeon though. I wouldn't be here without her! her attention to every detail, and her determined and strong character makes you want to do everything she says to enable you to get well again too! I've every faith in this lady and gladly put myself in her hands again without a second thought, with her determination to get you well and your own effort you should get you through it and out the other side! VIVA Miss Patel that's is all I can say and I truly mean it! her needlework is good too but not as good as mine though; her's is my best scar shame I can't show it off!

The care I have received from Miss Patel has been outstanding. I have known Miss Patel since July 2019 and have always valued her honesty and compassion; which have allowed me to have absolute confidence in her. Her commitment to me as a patient has gone beyond what I could ever expect. She personally checked up on my progress over the weekend, by telephone and in person, when she was not on duty. This was very reassuring. Miss Patel is always respectful, very easy to talk to and has a good sense of humour. I consider myself to be very fortunate to have been under her care.
